Philip Taylor graduated from UNO with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started in construction rehabbing properties in New Orleans and later as a pipe fitter for the chemical plants and refineries along the Mississippi River. He has extensive project management experience in commercial construction, and moved up the chain quickly with his previous employers. We are delighted to have Philip on board as Vice President of Devier Enterprises, LLC.
